Cold Cases

In  some cases reported, investigations were not investigated thoroughly     because of several reasons like manpower-, transport-, communication-, knowledge-,  technology-, evidence-, and a host of other problems, causing the case to be closed and filed.

There are several ways to re-open these cases and thoroughly investigate the case by identifying different Modus Operandi’s, following up all the leads and     witnesses, creating new leads and by looking at the case from different angles, to mention only some possibilities.
