Getting  the right facts are critically important for any investigation. Although  every witness’s statement may differ from each other, to a certain degree, the critical facts should be the same. Statements may differ for several  reasons such as hearsay evidence, eyewitnesses in different situations and times, knowledge of the subject ext.

Suspects may only be interviewed in certain circumstances.

Court  preparation for witnesses is vital as for most witnesses find testifying as a very unkind and nerve-wrecking situation. By preparing the witness for court the witness know to a certain extent what to expect in court, how the   court systems works and can give his / her testimony in a more accommodating environment.
